Fees
ATHLETE REGISTRATION
- $50 for Nevada residents
- $55 for out-of-state residents
- Early bird registration by July 31 and subtract $5
SPORT FEE(S)
- $15 per event
- $15 per participant for a total of $60 per relay team
- $55 Pentathlon fee

IMPORTANT NOTES
- USA Track & Field-sanctioned event
- Power Walk is an open, non-qualifying event for 2027 National Senior Games
- Equipment for field events will be available for use
- Throwing and horizontal Jumping events will be limited to four (4) attempts
- Age groups may be combined into flights (not scoring) to speed up events
HOW TO PLAY (SIGN UP)
- Registration for our Fall Games, held in September and October, opens each spring on or about April 1.
- Save $5 by signing up during our "Early Bird" period: April 1 - July 31.
- Registration ends for each sport about 2 weeks before the event date. No late or day-of sign-ups allowed.
- Refunds must be requested in writing or by email. Refunds before August 31 will be assessed $25 administrative fee. No refunds after August 31.

During his high school years at Chaparral High in Las Vegas, Larry Powell was three-time state champion in Long Jump, Triple Jump, and 110-meter High Hurdles. After receiving several scholarship offers he chose UNLV to continue his education and record setting ways.
He transferred to Oxnard College in California where he went on to win WAC championships two years in a row in Long Jump, High Jump, and Triple Jump. He graduated with degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Finance, and moved back to Las Vegas to begin his career is law enforcement.
Larry is active coaching youth Track & Field and being a USATF official.
