SIGN UP FOR FALL GAMES

As information for each sport is confirmed, we post it here on the website and share it on our Facebook page. Registration closes for each sport about 14 days before the event starts.

We're so glad you want to join us for our Fall Games! Follow these steps to get registered:

1. Check  2025 Fall Schedule for dates, times, and other info of your favorite sport(s). 
2. Click the "Register Now!" button below to get started.
3. Once your registration and payment are complete, you will receive 2 emails: your registration confirmation and your debit/or credit card receipt.
4. Early Bird Registration: April 1 - July 31 & save $5

We highly recommend using our secure online registration system because it saves time and money, and won't be affected by potential postal delays!

HOW TO REGISTER BY MAIL

1. Email your request and include the names of the sport(s) you're interested in competing. 
2. We will then email you the registration form and waiver, and the requested sport information flier(s) .
3. Download these documents, and save our reply email.
4. Complete the forms, include your debit/credit card payment information, and sign them. 

Return by Email:

1. Scan those documents and save as PDFs
2. Attach the PDFs to our reply email, and return to us
3. Early Bird Deadline: Thursday, July 31 at 11:59 p.m. P.S.T.
4. Deadline: by the date of your first sport (as stated in the sport flier) at 11:59 p.m. P.S.T.

Return by Mail:

1. Be sure your payment method (debit/credit card information or check) is enclosed with your completed registration materials.
2. Make checks payable to Silver State Games
3. Mail to Silver State Games, 3311 S. Rainbow Blvd, #140, Las Vegas, NV 89146
4. Allow at least seven (7) business days for delivery.
5. Early Bird deadline: must be received by Thursday, July 31.
6. Deadline: must be received by the date of your first sport (as stated in the sport flier). 

• No refunds after August 31 of this year. 
• Refund requests must be made in writing (via first-class mail, email, or hand delivery) and received by Silver State Games by August 31.
• All refunds will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.
