As a member of the National Senior Games Association, we hold qualifying events in even years for active adults ages 50 and better:
- 2026 for the 2027 National Senior Games, hosted by Tulsa, Oklahoma, June 30 - July 11.
- 2028 for the 2029 National Senior Games, hosted by Birmingham, Alabama.
Mark your calendar to join us next year! Our 2026 sports schedule featuring NSG qualifying events will be posted in Spring. Registration opens April 1.
Qualification is required for most events such as Badminton, Pickleball, Road Race, and Swimming. At each National Senior Games, NSGA offers a few "Open" (non-qualifying) sports for anyone (age 50 or better) to sign up and try out. In 2027 those events will include Basketball Shooting Skills, Cornhole, and Power Walk -- events our active adults already enjoy!
