Nevada's Silver State Games is a volunteer-driven nonprofit that depends on people like you to promote its mission and produce its annual Fall Games.

Bring your passion, skills and talent to help us plan, obtain funding, organize, and run our day-to-day and sports competitions.

OPEN:    YEAR-ROUND

This year-round volunteer opportunity is varied and can be tailored to your unique skills and talents:

• Admin support and assisting the Executive Director 
• Sponsorship development and acquisition 
• Grant writing  
• Strategic planning and implementation as a member of the Board of Directors
• Sport Coordinator role for the Fall Games
• Community Outreach 
• Marketing & Communications: social media, media relations, public relations, graphic design, etc. 
• Information Technology and Website Management

OPEN:    SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER

We welcome folks with a variety of skills and sports interests to help us plan, prepare, manage, and wrap up our events.

Tasks may include:

• Assembling coordinator supplies (medals, T-shirt, rosters, etc.)
• Scorekeeping assistance, checking results, and/or data entry of results 
• Transporting portable tables, chairs, and shade canopies to/from outdoor venues
• Help our volunteer photographer with photography and videography at large events or to cover multiple events on same day
• Set up and tear down of sports event equipment (i.e. track & field)
