YES, and it varies by sport. Some have a minimum age of 40 while others are 50. See the sport's web page for more information.
All National Senior Games held in the odd years are only open to adults ages 50 and better.
Because many of our sports welcome "40-somethings", come play with us here in the greater Las Vegas region!
Plus you'll will see how you fare against others in your age group. This experience will help you better prepare for the time you reach 50 and go for NSGA qualification.
Registration for our Fall Games opens on/about April 1 of each year.
Each sport has a differing deadline, usually 10 to 14 days ahead of the schedule competition. See your sport's web page for details.
The majority of our events take place in September and October. A few may be held outside that time frame due to venue availability and other factors.
We post our schedule by mid-March here on our website and on our Facebook page.
