Step 1. SILVER STATE GAMES REGISTRATION

• $50 for Nevada residents 
• $55 for out-of-state residents
• Early bird registration by July 31 and subtract $5
• No sport fee!

Step 2. BBSC PUMPKINMAN RUNS REGISTRATION

• 5K:  $55 through Aug. 24; $65 until Oct. 20
• 10K:  $65 through Aug. 24; $75 until Oct. 20
• SAVE $11 OR MORE on you BBSC race fee by using the 20% discount code (courtesy of BBSC!) that appears on your SSG run registration email!

• Registration for our Fall Games, held in September and October, opens each spring on or about April 1. 
• Save $5 by signing up during our "Early Bird" period: April 1 - July 31.
• Registration ends for each sport about 2 weeks before the event date. No late or day-of sign-ups allowed.
• Refunds must be requested in writing or by email. Refunds before August 31 will be assessed $25 administrative fee. No refunds after August 31.

•  2 volunteers to help our sport coordinator on race morning, 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
• Check in runners and hand out SSG tee shirts
• Track results and record times and medals earned

Triathlon was never a sport Bonnie considered participating in until a few months before her 50th birthday. When she barely finished a “beginner” triathlon, she discovered she wasn’t the athlete she thought she was! 

Fast forward to the present, she is now focuses on race walk, power walk, cycling, strength training, and the senior games lifestyle. She has completed dozens of 5K races and a few 10Ks used to prepare for her four half marathons. Bonnie also earned top awards in her age group.

Bonnie has medaled in race walking, power walking, and cycling in the Silver State Games (a.k.a. Nevada Senior Games), Huntsman World Senior Games (Utah), Idaho Senior Games, Utah Summer Games, and Washington State Senior Games. She did the 1500m race walk and 5K cycling time trial at the 2019 National Senior Games in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In her spare time, Bonnie is a women’s fitness blogger.
